All Full-Service Planning Packages Include the Following:

 

Rehearsal Coordination

 

We direct the rehearsal the day before the wedding and instruct participants regarding the order of ceremony as well as times and locations for photography, or any other relevant information. We also collect the marriage license from you to fill out and get signed by the officiant and return to you after the ceremony.

Vendor Coordination

 

Contact vendors to discuss arrival times, expections for work to be done, and locations for any drop-offs.

-Coordinate with all vendors according to our prepared timeline to be sure the flow is appropriate and on schedule.

-Distribute payments to vendors if needed

-Work with DJ/musicians to be sure that the correct music is cued up and played for processional, Grand Entrance, first dances, etc

-Act as point of contact for all vendors to lessen work for the family and bride.

Bridal Party Coordination

 

Distribute and pin on personal flowers as needed

-Line up family and bridal party for processional and Grand Entrance.

-Cue bridal party for any special events or photos (toasts, dances etc)

-Stay visible during entire event in case anything is needed.

Set-up Coordination

 

Ensure proper placement of items in ceremony and reception per bride’s instruction

-Be present for room setup following floor plan and assist decorators with table setup if needed, including linens and dishes.

-Place seating chart in a visible location and check to be sure it is aligned with the tables with the correct number of chairs at each table if needed.

-Set up any needed displays for communion, foot washing etc and light candles for ceremony and reception.

-Place correct items on special tables such as cake table, gift or sweetheart tables.

End of Event Coordination

 

Check that all gifts and cards were secured in designated area

-Give completed marriage license to designated person

-Help family collect personal items to take home and sort items that need to be returned to vendors.

- Plan for vendors to pick up rentals. We can make vendor returns for you if needed - $200 per location for items that are small enough to fit in a car.

General

 

Management of entire wedding day from start to finish, troubleshooting along the way as needed,

-Access to “bridal emergency kit” which has lots of pins, tape, scissors, etc.
